I couldn't resist sharing a few pictures from last night and today. I am going to let the pictures do the talking for the most part, starting out with pictures from Christmas Eve in his Christmas PJs.
And after the little man went to bed, we set the stage for Christmas morning. It's so fun and exciting to be the one to set up the big gift surprise, Jeremy and I had so much fun wrapping everything and setting it up.
This morning when Mason came out, he went right to the chalkboard and started coloring. After enjoying that for a few minutes, I asked him if he wanted to open a present and he dropped the chalk and his eyes got really wide like he knew exactly what I was talking about.
He loved opening presents and tearing all the paper. One of his favorite gifts was his little Thomas the Train set.
The kitties got their annual can of tuna for Christmas breakfast.
Another favorite was a laser pointer to play with Tim. I wish I had these loud squeals and giggles on video.
And the big hit was his new car! We hid the car in the kitchen until he had opened his other presents because we knew he could play with this all morning. When we brought it out, he dropped his trains on the spot, ran over, and jumped right in.
If you're wondering where he learned the expression on the right, you need only scroll back up a few pictures to the one of Jeremy throwing the toy plane. ;)
Such a happy happy boy!! He had a very merry Christmas indeed. It was such a fun day!
