This 1/2 month with Mason

I can't believe that I haven't posted in half a month! November was crazy. Its December 1st now and things are starting to slow down on the horizon. In the meantime, our house is still a disaster and I have bags under my eyes. Both of which you will see in the pictures below. Just concentrate on the cute little boy. :)

"If you're happy and you know it then your face will surely show it." He loves that song and I love those little fingers pointing to his face.

I just love this little excited face, I can tell he was yelling the word "car". Isn't it funny how a mommy can know that sort of thing.

We went to visit one of my friends who happens to be mom to one of Mason's little friends....she became big sister to twin baby brothers! So I went to meet the boys and Mason went to play with the big sis. But turns out, he REALLY liked the babies. We had to give him one of Caroline's baby dolls to take care of so he would stop "helping" the boys with their pacis and bottles while they were sleeping. :)

The Saturday before Thanksgiving my mom's side of the family all had lunch at my grandparents house. The three little ones found these flags in the house and we had a little impromptu marching parade outside. He was SOOOOO happy!! I love his expressions here.

Ella, Caitie, and Mason also loved playing in the leaves and throwing them on each other. Mason has started picking on the girls already and it is hilarious!

Jeremy killed a big deer that Sunday morning. They go hunting early in the morning so when they got out of the woods, Mason was still in his pajamas. I just threw his crocs and hat on with them and he was styling while we went to check out daddy's 10-pointer!

The little stinker loves to kick this picture frame that hangs above his changing table. He just has to stay busy and moving all the time.

He has been playing with all of his little cars a lot here lately. Balls used to be his favorite toy but I think he has for sure moved on to cars. He is such a boy!
Photobucket

He also loves to wrestle and get rough....even with Ella.

I adore these next few images with my grandparents (Mason's great-grandparents) on Thanksgiving Day. They were all having such a good time playing.

I shared a bite of an ice cream cone with Mason and he loved it so much he pulled it out of my hands and gobbled it down. Its safe to say he had the biggest sugar rush of his life the rest of that afternoon. He was wild and energetic, but Jeremy and I had so much fun with him that day, I think we all laughed for about 4 hours straight.

Mason loves riding in the carts at the big orange home improvement store. We went to pick up a few things and came home and went to work. Mason manned the tape measure.....which he sneaked into his toy box instead of putting it back in the tool box.

The night before this we had skipped his bath, so I think he devised a plan to guarantee a bath this night.....it worked.

Mason and Mommy ready to go to church in our new shirts.

I've been getting lots of packages with orders in for clients. Some of them have included fun things for Mason....like bubble wrap! The fun of this big piece of bubble wrap has lasted for days!
Photobucket

He loves driving his cars around the house and going through tunnels....especially mommy leg tunnels.
Photobucket

We put up Christmas lights outside for the first time ever this year. We did it one night after Mason went to sleep....in the dark, thanks to daylight savings time. We couldn't wait to show Mason the next night, he was so excited about all the lights. The next several weeks are going to be so much fun!!
